A Two Bedroom Almshouse is available in Titchfield for persons in need who are currently resident in the Ancient Parish of Titchfield, which includes Titchfield, Stubbington, Locks Heath, Lee-on-the-Solent, Warsash, Sarisbury Green & Whitely.

The accommodation is undergoing a full refurbishment and will likely be ready for occupation from June 2026 and is subject to an interview by the Trustees to ensure that the applicant's circumstances satisfy the terms of the Trust.

Like all our Almshouses, the property will be let under a licence agreement at an affordable rent, which for this property is £842.70 per month (subject to review in April 2027 and annually thereafter).

The property is a first floor flat accessed via stairs and has no designated parking. Both bedrooms must be occupied so the property would be best suited to a family.

Please watch the video tour below to confirm suitability prior to applying:

Please note:

  • The property is undergoing a full refurbishment and will be fully decorated and carpeted throughout.

  • The corridor entrance to the property is automatically lit at night.

  • The external wooden staircase (shown in the video) is being refurbished.

Application Forms can be completed here.

Closing date for applications: 31st May 2026

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview with the Trustees in June 2026.
